Here at our design studio, teams of experienced product designers and expert engineers work closely with each other to come up with innovative and interesting designs. We work from ideas supplied by the client and apply our own product expertise where necessary, helping people turn their abstract ideas into physical products.
3D Modeling
Designers work from the 2D concept sketch to create a control drawing or digital 3D model that can be used as a basis for prototypes. Using CAD design software like FreeForm, our designers can create accurate digital models of the product, making modification a far easier process. 3D scanners are also used to give clear definition to product from existing references.
Prototyping
Prototyping is a crucial part of the product design process, as any problems can be easily identified early on and summarily addressed. Our prototypes are either done in clay by experienced modelers, or turned out as a rapid prototype using 3D printing technology.
Tooling
At our custom mold shop we create and assemble molds for injection purposes. Water cutting is used for precise and detailed molds, ensuring a beautiful finished product. We also offer rotation and blow molding services alongside more traditional mold tooling methods like grinding, milling, and wire-cutting.
Manufacture
Our partner factory is more than well-equipped to handle mass production. Six factory blocks operate as stand-alone factories, specializing in plastic injection. Aside from mass production and injection molding, we also offer hand painting, heat transfer printing, and pad printing services.
